At DayZest, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, we offer a clear and fair refund policy.
1. Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your product to request a refund or exchange. After this period, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
✅ Eligible for return:
- The product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it
- It must be in the original packaging with all tags and accessories
- You must have proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
- The product must be complete with all items included in the original packaging
✅ Accepted reasons for return:
- Buyer's remorse (within 30 days)
- Manufacturing defect
- Product different from what was described on the website
- Product damaged during shipping
- Order error (incorrect size, color, or model)
❌ Not eligible for return:
- Products that have been used, washed, or show signs of use
- Products without original packaging or with tags removed
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Personal hygiene items (such as headphones with prolonged use)
- Products on sale or clearance (unless defective)
- Requests made after 30 days from the delivery date
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

- Order number
- Full name
- Reason for return
- Photos of the product (if there is a defect or damage)
- Wait for our approval: Our team will review your request within 3 business days and send return instructions, including the address to ship the product.
IMPORTANT: Do not send the product back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping
Who pays for return shipping?
✅ We pay for shipping if:
- The product arrived with a manufacturing defect
- The product is damaged
- We sent the wrong product
- The product is different from the description on the website
❌ You pay for shipping if:
- You changed your mind about the purchase
- You ordered the wrong size or model
- You didn't like the product (no defect)
Note: International return shipping costs can be high. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance for high-value items.
5. Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect the returned product:
- We will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved: The refund will be processed within 5-10 business days
- Refund method: The amount will be credited to the same payment method used in the original purchase (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
Processing times by payment method:
- Credit card: 5-10 business days (depends on your bank)
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Other methods: Varies according to the payment processor
6. Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:
- Product with obvious signs of use
- Product returned outside the 30-day period
- Incomplete product (missing accessories or parts)
- Product damaged by customer misuse
7. Exchanges (If Applicable)
If you need to exchange a product for another (same item in a different size or color):

- After approval, send the original product back
- After we receive the product, we will ship the new item
Note: Exchanges are subject to product availability in stock.
8. Defective Products
If you received a defective or damaged product:

- Send photos of the defect or damage
- Do not discard the packaging until we resolve the issue

- Exchange for the same product (at no additional cost)
- Significant discount to keep the product
9. Cancelled Orders
Before shipping:
- You can cancel your order at any time before it ships
- Full refund within 5 business days
After shipping:
- If the order has already been shipped, you need to wait for delivery and follow the normal return process
- Or refuse the delivery (the product will be returned to us and the refund will be processed)
10. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again (it may take a few days to process)
- Contact your credit card company (there may be some delay before a refund is officially posted)
- Contact your bank (there is often some processing time before a refund is posted)
- Contact us at suporte@dayzest.com if none of this works
11. Sale Items
Only items at regular price can be refunded. Unfortunately, items on sale or clearance cannot be refunded, except in case of manufacturing defects.
