At DayZest, we strive to deliver your products quickly and safely. This policy explains our shipping methods, delivery times, and important information about international orders.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently ship to the following countries/regions:

North America:
  • United States (all states)
  • Canada (all provinces)

Europe:
  • European Union (all member countries)
  • United Kingdom
  • Norway, Switzerland, Iceland

South America:
  • Brazil (all states)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and begin counting after order processing (1-3 business days). Times may vary due to holidays, weather conditions, or customs issues.

3. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing hours:
  • Monday to Friday: 9 AM to 6 PM (Brasília time)
  • Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays: We do not process orders

You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking code as soon as your order is shipped.

4. Order Tracking

After shipping, you will receive a tracking code by email. You can track your order through the following links:

  • United States: USPS, UPS, FedEx
  • Europe: DHL, Royal Mail, Correos
  • Brazil: Correios (www.correios.com.br)

Note: Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to appear in the system after shipping.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
  • Product weight and dimensions
  • Delivery destination
  • Shipping method chosen

Free Shipping:
  • USA and Canada: Free for orders over $50 (Standard Shipping)
  • Europe: Free for orders over €50 (Standard Shipping)
  • Brazil: Free shipping for orders over R$ 250 (PAC)

6. Import Duties and Customs

IMPORTANT FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

🇺🇸 United States:

  • Orders under $800 are exempt from import duties
  • Orders over $800 may be subject to customs duties

🇪🇺 Europe:

  • All orders are subject to VAT (Value Added Tax)
  • Orders under €150 may have simplified rates
  • Orders over €150 are subject to additional customs duties

🇬🇧 United Kingdom:

  • Orders under £135 include VAT at checkout
  • Orders over £135 may have additional customs duties

Who pays import duties?

THE CUSTOMER is responsible for all import duties, customs taxes, and processing fees that may apply to your order.

DayZest has no control over these charges and cannot predict what amounts will be charged. Fees vary according to each country's regulations.

Recommendation: Contact your local customs office before placing an order for more information about applicable fees.

Orders refused due to import duties:
  • If you refuse the package due to import duties, we will not be responsible for refunding the product value or shipping costs
  • The package will be returned to the sender and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund (if applicable)

7. Incorrect Delivery Addresses

Carefully check your address before completing your order.

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address:

If the order has not been shipped yet:
  • Contact us immediately at suporte@dayzest.com
  • We can change the address at no additional cost

If the order has already been shipped:
  • We cannot change the delivery address
  • If the package is returned due to incorrect address, you will be responsible for reshipping costs
  • Or we can offer a refund minus shipping costs (round trip)

8. Delivery Delays

Although we strive to deliver within the estimated times, some factors may cause delays:

  • Adverse weather conditions
  • Strikes or stoppages
  • Customs issues
  • Peak season (Christmas, Black Friday, etc.)
  • Incorrect or incomplete address

What to do if your order is delayed:

  1. Check tracking to see the latest update
  2. Wait a few days (1-3 day delays are common)
  3. Contact us at suporte@dayzest.com if the delay exceeds 7 business days

9. Lost or Missing Orders

If your package has not been delivered after the estimated time:

  1. Check tracking to see the current status
  2. Check with neighbors or alternative delivery locations
  3. Contact the carrier using the tracking code
  4. Contact us at suporte@dayzest.com

If we confirm the package was lost:
  • We offer free reshipment of the same product (if available in stock)
  • Or a full refund of the product value and shipping

Note: We are not responsible for packages marked as "delivered" by carriers. If tracking shows "delivered" but you did not receive the product, please contact the local carrier.

10. Damage During Shipping

If you receive a product damaged during shipping:

  1. Do not discard the packaging (it may be needed for a claim)
  2. Take photos of the damaged product and packaging
  3. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at suporte@dayzest.com
  4. Provide:
    • Order number
    • Photos of the damage
    • Description of the problem

After analysis, we will offer:
  • Free reshipment of the product
  • Full refund (including shipping)
  • Significant discount to keep the damaged product

11. Delivery Restrictions

Some products may have delivery restrictions to certain countries due to:
  • Local regulations
  • Transportation restrictions (batteries, liquids, etc.)
  • Import prohibitions

If there are restrictions for your address, we will inform you during the checkout process or contact you after the order.

12. Order Changes or Cancellations

Before shipping:
  • You can request order changes or cancellation
  • Contact us immediately at suporte@dayzest.com
  • Changes to address, size, or color are possible (subject to availability)

After shipping:
  • It is not possible to change or cancel the order
  • You need to wait for delivery and follow the return process (see Refund Policy)
